EFC Construction dates back to 1993, but Ted Ferland, the owner, has been building houses since he started following his dad to work at 9 years old. Back then, his houses were in trees. These days, the houses are bigger and the trees are landscaping, but he’s still there, every day, on the job with a hammer and tape, building.
