EFC Construction has been building houses in Southern New England for over three decades, taking on a wide variety of projects. From a starter home to a historic hotel renovation, EFC can handle anything, thanks to Ted Ferland and his amazing team. With combined construction experience of over a century, there is nothing the team can’t figure out.
He and his team are on the job site, problem solving, everyday. You won’t find Ted in an office or sitting in a cushy chair, directing others. Instead, you’ll find him on the job, covered in sawdust, doing the work.
The building industry doesn’t usually have a lot of return customers, just by its nature, but Ted does. He’s had several clients come back, decades later for a remodel, or just a few years later for a summer home.
His commercial remodels often like his work so much they have him come do work on their houses or build them new ones.
Ted and his crew have a reputation for excellence that is well-earned. His clients refer him to their relatives and friends.

Anytime I would call, he would pick up the phone instantly. I could hear him working, but he always was available to me. [Ted] also built my mom’s home 27 years ago and she still lives there today!
